ELIGIBLITY FOR OCI CARD |

A person is entitled for a OCI card if : i)Who is a citizen of another country ii) He/She or either of his/her parents/grand parents/great grand parents was a citizen of India at the time of, or any time after commencement of Constitution(26.01.1950) iii) He/She is a spouse of foreign origin of a citizen of India or an OCI card holder and whose marriage is registered and submitted for a continuous period of not less than two years. |

VALIDITY OF AN OCI CARD |

An OCI Card is valid lifelong subject to the condition that the OCI Card holder possess a valid Myanmar passport. |
