BEML interested in appointing Distributor in Myanmar
BEML Limited, incorporated in 1964, is a Mini-Ratna (Category-1) Public Sector Undertaking, under the Ministry of Defence of Govt of India, engaged in the design ,development, manufacturing and after-sales–service of a wide range of products for core sectors of economy such as coal, mining, Steel, cement, power, irrigation, construction, road building, Defence, Railway and Metro transportation system & Aerospace.
BEML is a listed Company and Government of India holds about 54% of the total paid up capital of the Company. BEML operates in 3 business segments - Mining & Construction, Defence & Aerospace, Rail & Metro and International Business Division for export activities.
BEML’s products are exported to more than 65 countries which includes Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Syria, Tunisia, UAE, Jordan, Suriname, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe etc. As a plan to expand their business prospects BEML wishes to appoint Distributor in Myanmar.
