Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz 2018-19

We are happy to inform you that The Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi is organizing the second edition of online Quiz titled ‘’ Bharat Ko Janiye Quiz 2018-19 ‘’.
The Quiz will be conducted in four rounds. 1st round of Quiz will be conducted by Embassy of India, Yangon. Top 3 winners of each category will be given medals by Embassy of India, Yangon and they would participate in the second round of quiz (online) to be conducted by MEA, New Delhi. On the basis of marks secured in second round they will be invited to participate in the third and fourth round in India. Top 3 winners of NRI, PIO and Foreign Nationals category will be awarded Gold/Silver/ Bronze medals at the Pravasi Bhartiya Divas Convention in January 2019 at Varansi, Uttar Pradesh.

Bharat Ko Janiye Yatra:
Top 10 candidates from each category from 2nd round of the Quiz will be invited for a 15-days Bharat Ko Janiye Yatra and to participate in the third round. Government of India will bear international airfare and all expenses including board and lodging. Participants will visit Delhi, Agra and one State for familiarization. The main element of the visit could be :
Visit to a University, College or Institute
Visit to Industries/visit to village
A one-day orientation programme in Foreign Service Institute, New Delhi - about India’s political, economic, foreign policy and other aspects.
Visit to places of historical, industrial, cultural and tourist importance
Interaction with senior officials, policy makers and opinion makers
Hotel accommodation (4 Star Hotel on twin sharing basis), local transportation (by AC vehicle on twin sharing basis), boarding and lodging for Quiz participants during their stay in India; airport-hotel-airport transfer during arrival and departure from India will be arranged by the Ministry &
Participation in Youth PBD at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh
You are welcome to register maximum numbers of participant in this programme.
Last Date for registration process is till 15 September, 2018.
Who can register their participation online:
1) Participation is open to all Foreign Citizens, NRIs and PIOs
2) Participant born not before 01 January, 1984 and not after 1 January, 2004.

(i) Open the portal www.bharatkojaniye.in
(ii) Click Registration and fill your personal details viz :
Name , Name of Father/Mother, Date of Birth,
NRC/FRC/OCI/ Passport no., Address, email id and mobile no.
(iii) Create a password.
(iv) After successfully registration please login and check your registration.
