Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation( IRCTC)  is pleased to announce the new dates and rates for the season 2018-19 & 2019-20 along with a brand new train composition. Package Rates for 2018-19 & 2019-20

•    All rates are on per person per journey on twin sharing basis.
•    Surcharge :

a) USD 150 Per Pax for confirmed 2 berth cabin in AC 1st Class for Full/Partial Tour.

b) USD 200 Per Pax for single occupancy in hotel for entire tour or USD 50 per night.

c) USD 580 Per Pax ( full / partial ) would be applicable for confirmed allocation of one lower berth only in a 2 seater first class cabin. Upper berth would not be allocated to other passenger.

d) USD 580 Per Pax ( full / partial ) would be applicable for confirmed allocation of two lower berths only in a 4 seater first class cabin. Two upper berths would not be allocated to other passengers. 

•    Rates subject to change in case of any change or amendment in the routing, itineraries, inclusions etc.
•    Package rates are inclusive of GST.

2)  PAYMENT TERMS

     FIT/GIT Bookings:

1.       Up to45Days prior to scheduled day of departure: 25% of the package cost at the time of confirming the booking along with names.
2.      Balance payment at least31days prior to the scheduled day of departure: i.e. 75% of the package cost.

3.   IRCTC has introduced INR as well as USD Package Rates for season 2018-19 & 2019-20, the party has the option to make payment in any of the two Package Rates options ( INR or USD ).

4) Acceptance of Rate of Exchange ( ROE ) while doing payment in USD Package Rates

In case of USD Package Rates the amount in INR should be credited in our account as per the Rate of Exchange ( ROE ) of the previous day of the day of the date of transfer of the amount. The RBI website ROE to be honoured (http://www.rbi.org.in/ ).

5) Child Policy :

Child below 5 Years without a berth, sharing berth with the parents is complimentary & child aged between 5 – 12 Years shall be charged 50% of the package rate.6) 

6) Group Leader Policy

One Group Leader complimentary on every group of 15 paid passengers (i.e. 15 Paid Adults + 1 FOC).

7) Exclusive Coach & Guide for a Group of 15 Paid Adults + 1 FOC.

A group of minimum 15 Paid Adults may be provided an exclusive Deluxe Coach ( Mini or Large ) & Exclusive Language / English Local / Accompanied Guide subject to availability.

8) Commission for Cancelled Bookings:
The commission would be applicable to the travelled/Cancelled/ No showpassengers

9) Part Journeys

Minimum 3 Nights / 4 Days travel may be permitted on pro rata basis in Buddhist Circuit Special Train.

10) Charter Booking :

Minimum100passengers or actual booked passengers whichever is higher will be charged as per the applicable rate. 

11) Name Change OR Date Change

One time Name Change OR Date Change is allowed 30 Days prior to the date of departure ( excluding the date of departure ).
