PRESS RELEASE
The Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar has granted Agrément to the appointment of Mr. Vikram Misri as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
Mr. Vikram Misri was born in 1964. He holds Degrees of B.A (Hons:) (History) and M.B.A. He joined Foreign Service of India in 1989. During his diplomatic career, he had served in various capacities in the Ministry of External Affairs. He served in the diplomatic missions of India; as Counsellor in Washington, D.C (2003-2006), as Deputy High Commissioner in Colombo (2008-2011), as Consul-General in Munich (2011-2012). He is currently serving as Ambassador of India to Spain since August 2014. He is married and has a daughter and a son.

ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်ဆိုင်ရာ အထူးအာဏာကုန်လွှဲအပ်ခြင်းခံရသော အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံ သံအမတ်ကြီးအဖြစ် မစ္စတာ ဗစ်ခရမ် မစ်ဆရီ အား ခန့်အပ်ရန် အဆိုပြုချက်ကို ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်အစိုးရက သဘောတူညီပြီး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
မစ္စတာ ဗစ်ခရမ် မစ်ဆရီသည် ၁၉၆၄ခုနှစ်တွင် မွေးဖွား၍ ဝိဇ္ဇာဘွဲ့(သမိုင်း)နှင့် မဟာဘွဲ့ (စီးပွားရေး) တို့ကို ရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။ ၁၉၈၉ ခုနှစ်တွင် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနသို့ စတင်ဝင်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြီး ရာထူးအဆင့်ဆင့်တွင်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ကာ ၂၀၀၃ ခုနှစ်မှ ၂၀၀၆ ခုနှစ်အထိ ဝါရှင်တန်ဒီစီရှိ အိန္ဒိယသံရုံး တွင် သံမှူးအဖြစ် လည်းကောင်း၊ ၂၀၀၈ ခုနှစ်မှ ၂၀၁၁ ခုနှစ်အထိ ကိုလံဘိုမြို့ရှိ အိန္ဒိယသံရုံးတွင် ဒုတိယမဟာမင်းကြီးအဖြစ် လည်းကောင်း၊ ၂၀၁၁ ခုနှစ်မှ ၂၀၁၂ ခုနှစ်အထိ မြူးနစ်မြို့ရှိ အိန္ဒိယသံရုံးတွင် ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ်အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ၂၀၁၄ ခုနှစ်မှ ယနေ့အထိ မဒရစ်မြို့၊ အိန္ဒိယသံရုံးတွင် စပိန်နိုင်ငံ ဆိုင်ရာ အိန္ဒိယသံအမတ်ကြီးအဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်း ဆောင်လျက်ရှိပါ သည်။ ၎င်းသည် အိမ်ထောင်ရှင်တစ်ဦးဖြစ်ပြီး သားတစ်ယောက်နှင့် သမီး တစ်ယောက်ရှိပါသည်။
