Ambulances Donation Ceremony at Yangon Children Hospital
The Embassy of India is pleased to announce that as part of the Government of India's continued endeavour to support Myanmar’s priorities to improve health services, the Government of the Republic of India will donate two ambulances, which are fully equipped with modern medical equipments, to the Yangon Children’s Hospital at 11:00AM on 25 March 2017 (Saturday). The two ambulances costing US$ 154,600/-, will be used to enhance public health service delivery and facilitate transport of critical patients.
In recent years, India has committed US$ 7 million for upgrading the Yangon Children’s Hospital and the Sittwe General Hospital through supply of essential equipment and diagnostics, including a state-of-the art a 3 Telsa MRI Machine, a CT Scan machine and an Oxygen Concentrator Plant installed at Yangon Children’s Hospital. At Sittwe General Hospital, the latest 64-slice CT Scan Machine, an Oxygen Plant and an ultrasound machine have already been installed along with other critical care medical equipment.
The Government of India is also facilitating various capacity-building initiatives through training programmes for Myanmar doctors in super-specialty institutes in India. Teams led by the Health Administrators from Yangon General Hospital have twice visited Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow ,India, and areas of cooperation including Radiotherapy, Nutritional Care, Telemedicine have already been identified with programmes for training and exchange visits. Government of India is also supporting the development of the Women and Children’s Hospital at Monywa through a financial commitment of US$ 2 million.
The cooperation reflects the commitment of the government and the people of India to work together with the government and people of Myanmar in their journey towards peace and development. The projects for enhancing the facilities and infrastructure at the Yangon Children’s Hospital and Sittwe General Hospital stand as a symbol of the deep and abiding friendship between the two countries and underline the importance accorded to healthcare in bringing about overall prosperity and well-being for the people.

ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံ၏ဦးစားေပးလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားတြင္ အပါအဝင္ျဖစ္ေသာ က်န္းမာေရးဝန္ေဆာင္မွဳမ်ား တိုးတက္ေစရန္ အတြက္ အိႏိၵယနုိင္ငံအစိုးရ၏ စဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္ကူညီေထာက္ပံ့မွဳမ်ားမွတစိတ္တပိုင္းအျဖစ္ ေခတ္မီေဆးဘက္ဆိုင္ရာ ကိရိယာမ်ားအျပည့္အစံုတပ္ဆင္ထားျပီးျဖစ္ေသာ အေရးေပၚလူနာတင္ယာဥ္ ႏွစ္စီးအား ရန္ကုန္ကေလးေဆးရံုၾကီးသို႔ ၂၀၁၇ခုႏွစ္ မတ္လ ၂၅ရက္ (စေနေန႔) နံနက္ ၁၁ နာရီတြင္ လွဴဒါန္းပါသည္။ အေမရိကန္ေဒၚလာ 154600 တန္ဖိုးရွိေသာ ထိုအေရးေပၚလူနာတင္ယာဥ္ ႏွစ္စီးအားျပည္သူ႔က်န္းမာေရးဝန္ေဆာင္မွဳျမွင့္တင္ေပးရန္ႏွင့္ အေရးေပၚလူနာမ်ားအား ကူညီပို႔ေဆာင္ေပးရာတြင္အသံုးျပဳမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
အိႏိၵယနုိင္ငံသည္ မၾကာေသးမီႏွစ္မ်ားက ရန္ကုန္ကေလးေဆးရံုၾကီးတြင္ 3 Telsa MRI Machine (အရိုးမ်ားကိုဆက္သြယ္ထားသည့္ အရြတ္ျပားတြင္ရွိေသာေသာတစ္ရွဴးႏွင့္ ၾကြက္သားႏွင္႔ အရိုးစပ္ၾကားရွိ အရြတ္ေၾကာလံုး ဒဏ္ရာမ်ား၊ေနာက္ေက်ာရိုးမၾကီးရွိဒဏ္ရာမ်ားႏွင့္ ဦးေႏွာက္ရွိ အသားပိုမ်ားကို စစ္ေဆးသည္႔ စက္ကိရိယာ) ၊ CT Scan Machine (အရိုးဒဏ္ရာမ်ားကိုၾကည့္ရန္၊ အဆုတ္ႏွင့္ ရင္ေခါင္း ေရာဂါမ်ားကိုရွာေဖြစမ္းသပ္ရန္ ႏွင့္ ကင္ဆာေရာဂါမ်ား ကိုရွာေဖြသည္႔ကိရိယာ)ႏွင့္ Oxygen Concentrator Plant တို႔ကုိ ရန္ကုန္ကေလးေဆးရံုၾကီးတြင္တပ္ဆင္လွဴဒါန္းခဲ႔ျပီး၊ စစ္ေတြျပည္သူ႔ေဆးရံုၾကီးတြင္္ေနာက္ဆံုးေပၚ 64-slice CT Scan Machine, Oxygen Plant (ေအာက္စီဂ်င္ထုတ္လုပ္သည္႔စက္ရုံ) ႏွင့္ အာထရာ ေဆာင္းစက္တစ္လံုး အပါအ၀င္ အျခားအေရးေပၚကုသရန္ လိုအပ္ေသာ ေဆးဘက္ ဆိုင္ရာကိရိယာမ်ားကုိ တပ္ဆင္ လွဴဒါန္းထားပါသည္ စစ္ေတြျပည္သူ႔ေဆးရံုၾကီးႏွင္႔ ရန္ကုန္ကေလးေဆးရံုၾကီး တို႔အတြက္ မရွိမျဖစ္လုိအပ္ေသာ ေဆးဘက္ဆိုင္ရာ ကိရိယာမ်ားႏွင့္ ေရာဂါရွာေဖြ စမ္းသပ္စက္မ်ား ျဖည့္ဆည္း ေပးျခင္းႏွင္႕ အဆင့္ျမွင့္တင္ေပးျခင္းဆုိင္ရာ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအတြက္ အေမရိကန္ေဒၚလာ ၇ သန္းအထိ အသံုးျပဳသြားမည္ျဖစ္သည္။
အိႏိၵယနုိင္ငံအစုိးရသည္ ျမန္မာဆရာဝန္မ်ားအား သီးျခားေရာဂါမ်ားအေၾကာင္းအထူးသီးသန္႔ သင္ၾကား ေပးေသာ အိႏိၵယနုိင္ငံရွိ တကၠသိုလ္ၾကီးမ်ားတြင္သင္တန္းမ်ား တက္ေရာက္ေစျခင္းျဖင့္ စြမ္းေဆာင္ရည္မ်ားတိုးတက္ေစရန္အတြက္ ကူညီ္ေပးလွ်က္ရိွပါသည္။ ရန္ကုန္ျပည္သူ႔ ေဆးရံုၾကီးမွ က်န္းမာေရး စီမံခန္႔ခြဲသူမ်ားေခါင္းေဆာင္ေသာအဖြဲ႔မ်ားသည္ အိႏိၵယနုိင္ငံ လပ္ခ္ေနာင္းျမိဳ.ရွိ Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences သို႔ ႏွစ္ၾကိမ္သြားေရာက္ခဲ့ျပီး Radiotherapy, Nutritional Care ႏွင့္ Telemedicine တို႔ အပါအဝင္ပူးေပါင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္နုိင္ေသာအပိုင္းမ်ားအတြက္ အျပန္အလွန္ေလ့လာျပီး သင္တန္းအစီအစဥ္မ်ားျဖင့္ နီးကပ္စြာ ေဆာင္ရြက္ လ်ွက္ရိွပါသည္။ အိႏိၵယနုိင္ငံအစိုးရသည္ မံုရြာျမိဳ႕အမ်ိဳးသမီး ႏွင့္ကေလးေဆးရံုၾကီး ဖြံ႔ျဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရး အတြက္လည္း အေမရိကန္ ေဒၚလာ ၂ သန္း ေထာက္ပံ့မည္ျဖစ္သည္။
ဤသို႔ပူးေပါင္းေဆာက္ရြက္မွဳမ်ားသည္ျမန္မာအစိုးရႏွင့္ ျပည္သူျပည္သားမ်ားျငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးႏွင့္ ဖြံ႔ျဖိဳးတုိးတက္ေရးခရီး ကုိေလွ်ာက္လွမ္းရာတြင္အိႏိၵယနုိင္ငံအစိုးရႏွင့္ နုိင္ငံသားမ်ားလည္းအတူတကြ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးေနျခင္းအား ထင္ဟပ္ ေပၚလြင္ေစပါသည္။ ရန္ကုန္ကေလးေဆးရံုၾကီးႏွင္႔စစ္ေတြျပည္သူ႔ေဆးရံုၾကီးတို႔၏အေျခခံအေဆာက္အဦမ်ားႏွင႔္ ေဆးဘက္ဆုိင္ရာကိရိယာမ်ား အဆင့္ျမွင့္တင္ေပးေသာ စီမံကိန္းမ်ားသည္ ႏွစ္နုိင္ငံအၾကားရွိ နက္ရွိဳင္းျပီးခိုင္ျမဲေသာ ခ်စ္ၾကည္ရင္းႏွီးမွဳ၏သေကၤတ တစ္ခုျဖစ္ကာ ျမန္မာနုိင္ငံသားမ်ားအတြက္ ေယဘုယ် ေအာင္ျမင္တုိးတက္ျခင္းႏွင့္ ေကာင္းစြာေနထိုင္နိုင္ေရးအတြက္ က်န္းမာေရးေစာင့္ေရွာက္မွဳသည္ အေရးၾကီးေၾကာင္း အေလးေပးေဖာ္ျပျခင္း ျဖစ္ေပသည္။
