Embassy of India Yangon hosted a reception to mark the 74th Republic Day of India on 26 January 2023. Friends from Myanmar, members of Indian community, diplomats and media participated in the celebration.

World Hindi Day was celebrated at India Center on 10th January 2023. Lecture on Srimad Bhagwat Geeta was given by ISKCON's Swami Patri Das. Students and teachers of Hindi language class organized by Embassy also organized a musical program in Hindi.
